https://antifragilefmd.com/ Dr Ana Blake ask are you: Feeling like daily life has taken the joy out of working in medicine? You started your career wanting to help people and have a great life. But as the years have gone by, the treadmill seems to have gotten faster, with more pressure put on you to be the best at everything for everyone. Where is the life you dreamed of? You find yourself trying hard to juggle the overwhelming demands of patient care, continuing medical education, constant exposure to human pain and suffering, personal sacrifice of sleep, leisure and health, and the overwhelming feeling of guilt over not showing up as the wife or mom you want to be? Dr. Blake is a wife, rural family doctor, mom, and obstacle-course racing enthusiast. I started The Anti-Fragile Female MD to provide support to female physicians experiencing burnout, overwhelm, exhaustion, and regret. Last year, I experienced an episode of profound burnout. I felt isolated, resentful, and hopeless. I did not think I could go on living the life I was living. Luckily, I found Life Coaching. Life Coaching transformed me into a confident, empowered, and passionate woman, physician, and coach.
