Joining Eno and Big Al this week is special guest  Travis Bader, the Oakland University shooting guard who has worked out for over 15 NBA teams so far in his bid to crack a roster. Travis made his name as the NCAA career leader for 3-point field goals and field goal attempts. Travis tells us of his adventures of interviewing around the NBA, setting himself to be either selected this this week's NBA Draft.

Taking part in the interview and handing around for his bi-weekly rant is our college sports insider Adam Biggers of SB Nation, Bleacher Report and his own podcast, The Great Divide.

The second half of the show, Eno and Big Al talk Detroit Tigers and World Cup soccer. The Tigers look to be on the verge of snapping out of their month-funk, led by the on-fire bat of J.D. Martinez, but also had to deal with the distrations caused by manager Brad Ausmus' ill-conceived 'I beat my wife' joke, which caused a firestrorm of controversy.

The Jerks are split on the World Cup. Big Al isn't a soccer maven, but admits he's been caught up in ESPN's all-encompassing coverage and the success of the USMNT in what was called the "Group of Death" before the World Cup began. Eno just can't get behind the game of soccer, including his disdain for hooliganism and racism which has infected the European game.

There's all that and more, including "Whose Birthday Is It?" and our "Jerk of the Week!"

Long-time Detroit sports bloggers and podcasters, Greg Eno (aka the man who knows a lot of things about a lot of things), and Big Al Beaton are The Knee Jerks! Eno and Big Al's podcast is released every Monday on the Sports Geeks Radio Network!
