How God literally ordain man to sin and kill Jesus Christ before creation.

Isiah 40: 10  

Behold, the Lord God will come with strong hand, and His arm shall rule for Him; behold, His reward is with Him, and His work before Him.Behold, the Lord Jehovah will come as a mighty one, and his arm will rule for him: Behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him. Listen carefully, the Lord God will come with might, And His arm will rule for Him. Most certainly His reward is with Him, And His restitution accompanies Him. Behold, the Lord God will come with might, and His arm will rule for Him. Look! His reward is with him, and his recompense is before him.  Look! The powerful Lord God is coming to rule with his mighty arm.
