Bush Tax Cut Reversal is Economic Suicide with Stuart Vener is our guest on The Core Business Show with Tim Jacquet. Stuart Vener – National Mortgage, Real Estate and Financial Expert who’s been called as an expert witness regarding mortgages and real estate issues by the courts.  President of America Buy Real Estate.  He’s been seen on FOX News and FOX Tampa Bay.

By December 31, 2012 Legislators will once again debate over letting Bush’s tax cuts expire.  In doing so, the rich will pay more taxes but businesses will also be taxed beyond functionality and the middle class will be taxed twice as much in their paycheck.  It will impact everyone who wants to buy a house or has a house now because the taxes will double. The death tax will be implemented again impacting everyone regardless of their income.
In a tough economy like this letting those tax cuts expire will be economic suicide for America.  Instead they should permanently freeze those tax hikes for middle class Americans and small businesses. Legislators should rework the loopholes to make the rich pay the same amount of taxes as the rest of the country.  If allowed to expire it could forever doom the housing industry and will send the US into the largest recession since the Great Depression and maybe into another depression.

Stuart Vener, a Financial and Real Estate Expert, is able to discuss this matter and how it will impact the country, the middle class and the US Housing Industry:
