I often wonder what life is like for the women who are married to  the men who call themselves the "White House Boys." These men were abused, beat, and some were even raped while attending Dozier Reform School for Boys. Many of these men used alcohol and drugs to try and escape their horrible childhood experiences at Dozier Reform School for Boy in Marianna, Florida.

For the past six weeks African American and White men shared their horrible experience with the listening audience. Now it time to talk to the women who live day to day with these men.

We can all come to our own conclusions about what life must be like. But until we hear it directly from them, we will never know just how life is for the wives and families who live with White House Boys.

Please join host Antoinette Harrell and co-host Dr. Okpara Nosakhere as they welcome five women who are married to some of the White House Boys who join us weekly right here on Nurturing Our Roots Blog Talk Radio.

Special Guest: Betty DeNyke, Babbs Cooper, Dianne Dowling, Lynn Driver and Patsy Howard.
