A black  male found naked and chewing the face off another man in Miami two and half months was shot dead. In another incident another black male was charged with attacking and eating his dog. He claimed that he was high ont he drug K-2, also known as synethetic marijuana.

Synthetic marijuana (often known as “K2” or “Spice”) and bath salts products are often sold in legal retail outlets as “herbal incense” and “plant food,” respectively, and labeled “not for human consumption” to mask their intended purpose and avoid FDA regulatory oversight of the manufacturing process.

Synthetic marijuana consists of plant material that has been laced with substances (synthetic cannabinoids) that users claim mimics Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol(THC), the primary psychoactive active ingredient in marijuana, and are marketed toward young people as a “legal” high.

This topic should be discussed in everyone's home, church, community and family. Everyone in the community should be waging war against these drugs and those who are selling them. You can protest and demand that any store in your community that is selling these designer drugs  be shut down or stop all sells of the designer drugs. Synthetic drugs are sold legally in stores all around the country. Please join host Antoinette Harrell and Dr. Okpara Nosakhere for this discussion.
