109-Art Collaboration-What is it and do I need some?

This show will explore collaboration between visual artists and dancers, poets, musicians, architects, interior designers and other visual artists. What is your experience? More call for public art entries have an aspect of collaboration as part of the structure. More grants are asking for artists to go outside their areas of expertise to embrace other disciplines. What does this mean for the visual artist? And what have been your experiences?
