Strength/Rebellion vs Submission: Men and Women in Ministry

So how do Strength and Submission co-exist the way it was intended? Let's talk about it. I believe that 1st, strength has to be controlled, harnessed, and used properly. When strength is out of control it becomes weakness. And then there is "submission". This is a word that many dread and resent. They feel that it is a sign of weakness or a request for or assertion of control of another. Submission is just as powerful as strength.
