Raw, Unscripted, Anything Goes!

-  Let's talk about the Virginia Republican victory and the effect that might depict as to what's ahead for the Democrats in 2022. Demoralized Democrats need a reckoning after a tough election night that sent serious warning signs that they have misjudged the nation's mood as their window closes before next year's midterms. This is indeed a big deal. Democratic former Gov. Terry McAuliffe had hoped former President Donald Trump's continuing unpopularity would halt the pendulum swing against a new president and his party that nearly always takes place in Virginia and often continues in the following years midterms. -- WRONG!

-   Regardless of the party, candidates must not keep battling Trump.  He is a non-factor and the campaign rhetoric that we'll hear must be about policy, issues and our lives and not about Donald Trump

-  Michelle Wu will make history in Boston by becoming the first woman Mayor.  She is 36 years old, moved to the US from Thailand with her family, was elected to city council, and now will become Mayor of this great city.  She is a big-time progressive. "From every corner of our city, Boston has spoken. We are ready to meet at this moment. We are ready to become a Boston for everyone," Wu said to a crowd of supporters Tuesday night. "I want to be clear, it wasn't my vision on the ballot, it was ours, together."

-  Minneapolis rejects policing overhaul.  The attempted name change from Police to The Department of Public Safety that would also include a mental health department within was soundly defeated.  It was poorly packaged and poorly represented.

- Virginity!
