Dr Luis Hines specializes in mood disorders (depression and anxiety) and psycho cultural issues of African-Americans. His extensive clinical and educational experience is demonstrated by his unwavering dedication to his family, clients, and multi cultural community. Practicing as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified School Counselor, Rehabilitation Counselor, National Board Counselor, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT). He received his Doctor of Philosophy Degree from The Union Institute and University and Doctor of Ministry from Revelation Message Bible College. Dr. Hines is a certified member of the USPTA (United States Professional Tennis Association) and also works with athletes who have performance anxiety issues. He has authored a variety of articles and book chapters published in various media.
