This is I.T. (Inconvenient Truth)!! – Suicide Prevention Where to Look for help

In the past, several weeks/months I have seen a spike in suicides or attempted suicides. What may trigger someone to want to commit suicide can range from many different things such feeling overwhelmed, depressed, being bullied, or feeling alone. Where to look if you feel suicidal or who to talk with if you feel there is no other options. Suicide can be prevented with the right help and support if you know where to turn. In no way are we trained in suicide prevention but we can direct you to the numbers to call to speak with someone who may help the feeling of despair. Call the Suicide Prevention Hotline 1-800-273-8255. So please call in let people know they can find help or if you want to share your story about suicide prevention to help others find help.
