Demons Among Us - Should recent sightings concern us?

Are real Demons among us? Is there been a correlation in the frequency of recent sightings and modern day events or prophecy? What are they? Can they be tricks of light, some undiscoverd anminial, aliens, or worse yet, are they agents of evil? A biblicial being from the spirit realm, lurking in the shadows. Possibly even fallen angels, banished from heaven. Whatever they are,  they have been observerd by humans for as long as we could record their likeness. Why are they here? Some haunt homes and torment families, some deal solely in possession, while others are know for being around tragedy. For whatever reason they are here, it does not seem to be for the benefit of humans.
