Bhakti Fest is a Yoga/Dance/Music Festival celebrating the devotional path with roots in yoga, kirtan, and meditation. It embraces ancient and modern sacred wisdom, traditional and non-traditional spiritual practices, and is a vehicle for evolution of human consciousness.

Fest producer Sridhar Steven Silberfein has been on a personal spiritual quest for over 40 years, while blending a life as a pioneering businessman.

In 1969, Sridhar brought Swami Satchidananda to Woodstock, at which time he committed to someday producing the spiritual equivalent of Woodstock, now embodied in the three Bhakti Fests: Shakti Fest, Bhakti Fest Midwest, and the original Bhakti Fest held every September since 2009.

In 1970 he established the first health food store in Southern California, and brought skin care products with jojoba and tea tree oil to America for the first time.

He established the non-profit Center for Spiritual Studies (CSS) and co-founded the Triloka recording label, which has helped launch the careers of today’s most popular kirtan artists.

REAL FEAR 2: THE TRUTH BEHIND (MORE) MOVIES premieres Friday, 9/6 at 9pE on Chiller.  In this two-hour special, paranormal investigators Katrina Weidman, Richard Dolan, John McGarry, Chris Holt and Becky Weingrad explore the terrifying factual stories behind horror movies THE HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT; THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT; FIRE IN THE SKY, and A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET.

We speak with Katrina Weidman about her experiences making the show.
