 Big, no HUGE, day in the US House of Representatives!  Today is the day the people we elected to office to represent us will be voting to decide who will be the next Speaker of the House.  The Speaker position is one of the most influential people in the Union's Capitol. According to one Washington insider, "The people are letting us know what they want. I just don't know if the Congressman are listening. I just don't know what they will do."

John Boehner is seeking to retain the office. He possibly will be facing two men who wish to replace him, Louie Gohmert, a Texas representative aligned with the conservative Tea Party movement and Representative Ted Yoho of Florida.
