Wisdom Wednesday! Dealing With Ignorant Coworkers

I have yet to see a perfect workplace.  Where there are human beings, there will always be the potential for conflict.  What do we do however when a coworker is rude and doesn't seem to care?  There is enough going in society to have do deal with certain things in the workplace.  Today we discuss this unfortunate circumstance and put together a strategy for dealing with it.
