Today April 30, 2017 marks the 25th anniversary of the four police officers being acquitted following the video recorded beating of Rodney King. How much progress have we really made since then? The Congressional Black Caucus or CBC is looking to implement a plan to help our missing Black girls. Will their plan be strong enough to create change?
