Kelli Richards is the CEO of The All Access Group and the host of All Access Radio.  She's spent over two decades as a catalyst and trailblazer in the digital music and entertainment arena.  As a super-connector, she creates powerful alliances at the nexus of technology and entertainment, bringing together leading innovators, entrepreneurs and forward thinking creative talent.  And as a trusted advisor, she works with high achievers as a strategist and coach, ensuring they have the insights, expertise, support, and connections they need to create greater impact and more meaning in their work and in their lives.

Peter Hoddie is a digital media expert and the co-founder and VP of Kinoma, Inc, an innovative company that designs and builds mobile media products. Prior to Kinoma, he founded Generic Media in 2000 with the goal of radically simplifying both the publishing and viewing of digital media by introducing the first on-demand, real-time media transcoding server. During this time and in partnership with Sony, Peter helped to create the gMovie Player, the leading video technology for Palm handhelds. For nearly a decade previous, Peter played a central role at Apple as Chief Quicktime Architect; defining, building, and promoting Apple's trailblazing QuickTime technology. He has contributed to several digital media standards, including MPEG-4, JPEG-2000, and SMIL. The latest creation from Peter and his crew is the 'Kinoma Create,' AKA the 'JavaScript-Powered Internet of Things Construction Kit.' With it, they say, you can 'quickly and easily create personal projects, consumer electronics, and Internet of Things prototypes.'
