College Gridiron Showcase Watch List Presented By NFL Draft Bible: Quarterbacks Show. The fourth annual College Gridiron Showcase & Symposium will be held January 7-11th, 2017 in Bedford, Texas. The initial College Gridiron Showcase & Symposium Watch List, selected by the NUC NFL Draft Bible was released on May 1st. This is the first show of a series, that will preview each position as we count you down to the football seson!
