Water is the foundation of life, the major content of most organisms, the primary component of our cells and is responsible for aiding thousands of chemical processes in the body.

Yet when we do drink it, how many of us get the healthy water we deserve? How many of us get the added chemicals that leach out of the plastics that water is most often stored in at our supermarkets? Then you add the pollutants that are so difficult to remove from our water supply and you have not only an attack on our weight but also our every day health and longevity. Chemicals in the bottled water and some in regular tap water disturb hormonal activity by leaching into our supply and drive up our chances of putting on weight, as well as raising the chances for the development of disease.

Our tap water is, by and large, safe and mostly free of the bugs that cause the gastric infections and waterborne diseases in other parts of the world. However, our government has added chemicals to our water supply that have proven to be detrimental to our health such as Fluoride and Chlorine.
