Hemoglobin plays the crucial role of transporting oxygen-rich blood to all the cells of your body. It is a red blood pigment that binds oxygen to itself and transports it to the various parts of the body. If your hemoglobin levels are less, then the oxygen content in your body decreases, leaving you feeling tired, lethargic and weak. However, the good news is that you can raise hemoglobin levels naturally, without the need for iron supplements that may not be absorbed as easily into your bloodstream.

We talked to you last week about Dehydration and that is still on the table, but so much more, tune in next Wednesday March 21, 2012 to Aging Younger at 7:PM.
