Of course we're all rabbits in our early 20's, some even blessed to keep it going well into their 30's, 40's, 50's and so on. But study shows that women often experience a decrease in their libido after having kids......along with stress from work, relationship issues, decrease in hormones, weight gain and other factors. Unlike men, women can't pop a pill to get their juices flowing, so how do you cure this problem? Men experience the same, with an increase of stress from work, family, health problems, medication and so much more, how do you get your libido back to where it use to be? It's cool I guess if you're single, but imagine being with someone who has a super duper high sex drive, you were both compatible in this area and all of a sudden, sex goes from 2-3 times a day to 2-3 times a month....or even 2-3 times a year?! (I've heard it all). Do you just tell your partner to 'deal with it' as you go through this difficult time (hell this is considered difficult to me) or do you try to get some help? But what type of help? This is a sensitive topic, you don't want to have to get on the little blue bill at such a young age and you damn sure as hell don't want to go to your boys about the problem......ladies, you're afraid to discuss it with your girlfriends because now they know you're not pleasing your man and it's an opportunity for them to step in (let's hope not, but hey). So what do YOU do? Tune in this Wednesday as we discuss some issues that causes a decreased libido and come up with some solutions with our special guest - Mr. Montique Stephon's from Zennity Fitness (http://www.zenityfitness.com)!
