African Health Dialogues show this week focuses on Guidelines for Preventive Health. Good practice has gone beyond just taking care of the illness of the day, in many countries, Doctors and patients are now more pro-active. Having regular Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar and Cholesterol checks is now the order of the day rather than leaving everything till a disaster like 'Stroke' happens. 6th minute
