Native Americans get 3 Billion! What are blacks getting? Anything?

Native Americans could receive up to three billion dollars as part of an 819-billion-dollar economic stimulus plan that cleared a first congressional hurdle Wednesday, according to a US Senate panel. Yes, this is great! They deserve every dime. Now the question is what are Black Americans getting! Anything? Can black folks get anything more than a black president...
