U.S.A., I am going to tell you how to set up a paypal account that is used all over the internet and with many affiliate programs, the only way you can get paid.  It is very easy to do and they don't offer an affiliate program on their website, but I will show you how you can use paypal to accept payments, make invoices and also apply for a credit or debit card.  You must have a checking account that have to be verified through paypal and you will have to provide you real name and address and will have to upload your picture I.D. and social security card.  A easy way to do that is take a picture of your I.D. and social security card, download it onto your computer, then upload it onto the paypal website.  I will also talk about their merchant services and a bit about ecommerce.  The website to sign up for paypal is simply www.paypal.com
