Hello folks, and thank you for tuning in the ADR-NOW! Internet Radio Webinar, I am your instructor, Anthony Johnson.

We will continue our series on Proving Standing to Foreclose a Florida Mortgage.  Remember, I will be referencing a Florida mortgage pursuant to the Florida Rules and established case law, however, the same rules may apply in your state.  Just check your state's statute for details, or inquire at 888-502-0586.  We would be delighted to assist you.

In this episode, we will discuss the evidentiary burden a lender must meet in order prove standing to foreclose a mortgage.  If standing is not met, then, your lender has no reason to collect payments, negotiate lower monthly mortgage payments, and certainly cannot ascertain a lawful foreclosure.

So, be sure to tune in, and learn how to make your lender meet their evidentiary burden.  You'll be happy that you have done so!
