Good day, folks.  Thank you for listening to another episode of the ADR-NOW! Internet Radio Show.  I am your host, Anthony Johnson.

In this episode we will cover "The Debt Validation Strategy" and illustrate the process of effectively negotiating with a debt collector on a presumed debt.  We will continue the discussion of how to establish the paper trail in the event you will need to sue the debt collector, original creditor, or the credit bureaus for non-compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), or Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

We will revisit the statute of limitations and its applicability, sample letters, and the method behind the negotiation strategy.

If you have been contacted by a debt collector, received your credit bureau report and have noticed derogatory items thereon, or just want to be proactive in keeping your credit and good name up to par, you must tune in!

NOTE: The Consumer Debt Negotiation Training Manual is a spin-off from the book, "A Debtor's Burden" available at www.amazon.com, eBook; www.createspace.com, in print.
