Edward Hasbrouck is the author of the first Internet FAQ on how international airfares work, and of "The Practical Nomad: How to Travel Around the World", now in its 4th edition, which includes the most detailed explanation of RTW tickets in print. I worked for 15 years in the RTW ticket industry, but for the last several years he's been a full-time writer, blogger, etc. Edward's travel experience includes trips around the world in each of the last three decades, most recently a 13-month, 6-continent, 28-country 80,000 mile RTW sabbatical in 2007-2008.
