There May Be Giants: World Series Wrap-up and a Winter Watchlist

The San Francisco Giants won their 3rd World Series title in 5 years with an epic Game 7 victory over the Kansas City Royals. Madison Bumgarner became myth, man and legend and the Giants have now cemented themselves as a dynasty. But will the winning continue in the Bay Area or have the Giants actually punctuated their dynasty? 

Before the World Series could reach its climactic finish, Joe Maddon decided to shake up the baseball world by opting out of his contract with the Tampa Bay Rays and is now all but a lock to become the newest manager of the Chicago Cubs. I'll discuss the upcoming offseason that could shift a balance in power for the 2015 season. 

And last but certainly not least, the NBA is back and my beloved Chicago Bulls look like a team on a mission. Now, I'm writing this before knowing how they will do/did against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday, but I'm optimistic dammit!
