To have a healthy and successful relationship there are ground rules- basic rules that must met- in order to achieve this. For any relationship to work there needs to be an effort between all parties involved to make it work. And if he or she is not putting in work, then of course its grounds for removal from the position, but before you kick them to the curb. You need to know why is it that they're slacking. Could the lost of interest be due to another relationship? Are there so many questions that you desperately need the answers too? Real relationships are not forced. * Movment of people from mere acquaintances to a true relationship occurs naturally out of time when individuals treat each other with respect. * Relationships needs constant repair and nurture.
