July 20, 2016 at 1:00 pm BUSINESS TALK Hosts Jason Winters and Patrick Dengel feature Philip Walker, Silver Bridge Coffee Company, who takes us to Ethiopia with pictures and discussion of its Culture, Coffees and International Trade. The ECX of Ethiopia (Commodities Exchange) has played a pivotal role in increasing the value of Ethiopian Coffees in international trade. Through agricultural education and investment, the coffee industry and the ECX is seeking to increase the coffee farmer’s standard of living while also increasing the quality of their coffees.  Coffee is just one illustration of Ethiopia’s growing economy and influence on the world and the continent of Africa.
