1:00 May 18, 2016 – AGRI-TALK Duane Rigsby and Mike Thompson features Jeffrey Moore, Gallia County OSU Extension Office on how the Gallia County Extension Program assists new and existing farmers with a variety of educational programs both through group training and one-to-one  meetings.  Jeffrey is an Agriculture and Natural Resources Educator with a life-time experience in farming cattle, grains, vegetables and tobacco.  Before undertaking this educator position, he was a Manager at a Beef Packing plant that harvested cattle from beginning to end.  Currently, Jeffrey partners with other community programs and agencies that promote different aspects of farming including:  Live Stock Shows, Farmer Markets in Gallipolis, Produce Markets, Gallia County Fair and Programs at the Ag Center.
