Caldwell is the founder of the nationwide adoption organization Lifetime Adoption Center, LLC., at www.lifetimeadoption.com, and has assisted in over 1,800 successful adoptions and was one of the first adoption professionals on the Internet.

Caldwell has experienced first hand the emotional pain of infertility, having been on 'both sides' with the loss of seven pregnancies and then conceiving a daughter by new technology. Caldwell also has one adopted son. It is Caldwell's goal to share with families the methods and plans which succeed and do not succeed. It is also her belief that adoption should be affordable and can be a wonderful 'pregnancy' for the adoptive couple.
