You would be amazed at the politicians view of the situation that i personally am in with my seizures and having marinol as a prescription and it failing but the natural form being successful. the medicines i have had presribed have been no where as successful as a seizure deterant as marijuana. i testified to alabama hor along with my mother and lorretta nall to pass hb 206 and it failed but hopefully it will be put back on the house agenda for next year.

are you against having the voting public decide medical marijuana's treatment under the law by a democratic vote? And should their vote have the same wieght as any other democratically voted measure?

I would like to know when i am no longer going to be considered a criminal in the state within which i live for smoking the god given version of a medicine that is legal for myself in 12 states. but because i am one of the other 38 i am a criminal if i smoke the god given that works instead of taking the pharmicutical, which including 4 brain surgeries, has been extremely less successful as a seizure deterant. myself and several others asked the alabama hor the same question when our states prop

Thank you for giving this issue air time. Denying medical marijuana, particularly to terminal patients, is heinous. My question for Mr. Kampia, Given the failure of drugs war policy as a whole; do you personally advocate the end of the drugs war policies - or just an end to cannabis prohibition? I support MPP in its work; but i find my support split amongst all organisations demanding a radical rethink of the drugs war. I realise MPP's narrow purpose is constrained to cannabis - but the drugs problems in our world are not - with your advise from the trenches, the greater injustice asks your advise.
