Veteran Musician, songwriter, producer William Carrington Bland, known to the music world as Dino Velvet, known to many of us in Buffalo during our youth as Billy Bland, talks about his life, particulary his past. Bland is just one of several talented brothers to emerge from East Buffalo's downtown projects and parks.
