Guest Speaker Dr. Inecir Matthis

Dr. Inecir Matthis has a true heart and love for God and His people, and continues to teach and present through divine revelation and prophetic insight the Word of God, bringing others into a place of Wisdom, knowledge, understanding and accountability.

She is a powerful dynamic motivational speaker, teacher, life coach, mentor, certified domestic violence counselor and Professional Mental Health Counselor and counselor.

Dr. Matthis is the Pastor of Victory of Deliverance Ministries, Inc., a Summa Cum Laude Graduate of Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College where she received her Master’s degree in Christian Counseling/Psychology and Doctorate in Theology.

She presides as Vice Chair for Men Creating Peace, as chairperson for the Magnolia Women’s Recovery advisory board in the Bay Area, serves as a volunteer domestic violence counselor for Christian Women Supporting Women transitional house, is a member of Pastors of Oakland and Blacks in Government organization.

Dr. Matthis currently hosts a weekly blog talk radio show entitled “Strength & Character, a weekly guest speaker of Lady Charmaine Live internet radio, and a contributing article writer and columnist for Promoting Purpose Magazine.

She has a prophetic call and mandate to reach those that are within and outside of the church walls with a desire to help birth forth those that are called for such a time as this!

Dr. Matthis is the co-author of “Stories of Transformation and “Purposeful Living: Restoring Your Faith” and currently working on her latest book project to be released in the fall of 2012.
