L!ve 0n Da Lodd Manafess Show! Lovely Actress Ms Cynda Williams
In 1989, Williams changed her first name to "Cynda" to avoid conflicts with Laverne & Shirley actress Cindy Williams, who was also listed by the same name with the Screen Actors Guild. Williams has acted in films on both television and in the cinema. Her first appearance in a feature film was in Spike Lee's 1990 Mo' Better Blues. BJQ Arielle's Torah Talk Today a special Guest Author Tiera Newhouse
in Music
Join (Ariell Bat Sarah) Dr. Denise Gotautis as she interviews Tiera Newhouse well known author.
About Tiera Newhouse:
Being Tiera Newhouse is pretty challenging. Born in September, 1988, I was a beginner at storytelling. I knew other kids who told stories, but my stories were what people listened to my whole life. During the pandemic, I wrote Trieshay's Silver Spoon. It was my first book and it was about how I found love in my dating life. Do I still love Destry? Renquierre? Yes I do, you never forget people.
My second book is Disorderly Conduct on a Flyer. It is based on a case I had to face about hitting flyers off the wall in a police lobby. I felt the need to tell my side of the story, then I moved forward with writing The Caretaker not so far after finishing book two! I hope your listeners pick up a copy, because it's a book you can hide behind, read, and enjoy.
You can purchase book at Wallmart, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Thrift books

BJQ Stop The DNR'S Against Nurses With your host Wa Wa
in Music
Waunidi Changamire is a retired Registered Nurse with an illustrious career spanning 44 years in the medical profession. She is the CEO and founder of the International Contemporary Hall of Support for Nurses, an organization dedicated to supporting and advocating for nurses worldwide. Through her leadership, the Hall of Support for Nurses has become a pivotal institution, championing the rights and recognition of nurses across various sectors.. Over her four-decade-long career, she has witnessed and addressed numerous challenges within the nursing profession, with a particular focus on the pervasive inequalities that have affected Black nurses. Waunidi has worked relentlessly to shed light on the historical and ongoing injustices faced by Black nurses. She has been a vocal critic of the discriminatory practices rooted in the legacy of Florence Nightingale. In 1854, Nightingale's racialist practice designated Mary Seacole, a Jamaican-born African woman, as a "do not use" (DNU) nurse. Seacole, despite her extensive education and nursing prowess, was excluded from Nightingale's circle, a form of racial redlining that has insidiously persisted into the modern era.
Waunidi has highlighted how this discriminatory practice, which began 186 years ago, has evolved into the current Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) orders, a process often used to marginalize Black nurses, patients, and doctors. Her advocacy aims to dismantle these systemic barriers and promote a more inclusive and fair nursing profession.
Under Waunidi's guidance, the International Contemporary Hall of Support for Nurses not only provides support to nurses facing discrimination but also educates the broader public about these critical issues. Waunidi Changamire's legacy is one of dedication, courage.
