With the airline industry growing at a steady pace, the industry is seeking an increased rate of passenger diversity. Along with diversity comes the challenge of accommodating passengers while also helping those who are mindful of others. When one flight attendant noticed that more people are flying without being mindful of others, she thought that something had to be done. Sunshine Right has entertained people with countless airline stories of passenger behaviors. She was told quite often that she should write a book about what she has observed as a Flight Attendant. Now, she has launched a first edition handbook entitled; “The Little Book of… I Just Don’t F-ing Get It!
