George Curry, A Man of Integrity

George Curry is an American football coach. He coached high school football for 42 years, in which he amassed 413 victories with six Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association Class 3A championships and more. He has made a big impact in the world of journalism Curry has received numerous awards from the journalism community.

He was named Journalist of the Year by the Washington Association of Black Journalists, 1995; Unity in Media Awards, Lincoln University, Jefferson City, MO, 1994, 1995, 1996; honorary doctor of Humane Letters, Kentucky State University, 1999.
