Empowerment opportunities for the Zambian Youth

Mr. Mutinta Ciyaama Magande the Current Chairman: of the  National Pig Growers Association of Zambia, ACSZ: Livestock Judg and Engineering Institution of Zambia member is a  graduate of  Bradley University, Illinois, USA. with a BSc; (Mechanical Engineering), He will discuss his project management and supervisory experience that has enabled the transfer of the skills attained in college and industry in the areas of Agricultural project implementation,  project design, analysis, development, management, and monitoring of youth wealth creation and empowerment opportunities in rural Zambia. His work experience includes -

•Implementing f various innovations in agriculture that make it relevant to solving the challenges of smallholder and commercial farming. He is the current  National Vice Chairman-AMZ and works with the Albinism Multipurpose Cooperative of Zambia on project; to cultivate and multiply cassava production. The National wide registration and empowerment for PWAs (persons With Albinism).
