Join Jacqueline Foreman and her guest author Marc Zirogiannis who wrote the book LESSONS FROM 1 NORTH: A Guide to Life Outside the Asylum. March 26, 2009 started out like any other day for Marc until at 9:17 AM Manhattan Distric Attorney Robert Morgenthau's private police force burst through the door to his law office and pointed a gun in his face. It was okay, he thought...they have the wrong office. They didn't. They were investigating the crimes of one of his clients and 4 months later Marc was indicted for a white collar crime he had nothing to do with! In August he made a serious suicide attempt and ended up involantarily commited to 1 North after having no prior history of mental illness. This is his story...
