Dr. Napoleon Hill wrote a book in 1937 describing a Success Formula that he got from Andrew Carnegie and then spent 20 years validating. This book is still in print and read frequently and this presentation is no substitute for reading "Think and Grow Rich" from cover to cover, but it will give you an idea of what you will discover in the book and from studying at the Science of Success Schools (not accredited).
He also notes that one essential trait that can't be compensated for by any other trait is Persistance.
