Today we have Paula Michaud (dirtydecisions.com) speaking on the J.A.I.L for Judges initiative in Maine, the difficulties she's had in getting her legislators to listen, and how important it is that every citizen support efforts to get some sort of judicial accountability law passed to severly restrict or eliminate judicial immunity. Paula has posted petitions on her website and recently posted one she was sent, which calls for an investigation into judges in California. Attorney Richard Fine was thrown in jail, for an indefinite period, after he exposed corruption by the county and judges. No bail was allowed.
