Today we have Bonnie Russell (USAjudges.com). After many years working in the legal field for police departments or attorneys, Bonnie Russell launched (FamilyLawcourts.com) and began focusing her media connections to assist Family Court litigants bring their story to more public awareness. See - (personalpublicrelations.com). Beginning with assisting DA’s prosecute fake attorneys, fake therapists and real judges who didn’t seem to mind, Bonnie was sued five times by a former attorney, Ron Lais. However, one columnist ultimately wrote; “she was as responsible as anyone for getting him sent to prison.” Later Bonnie realized judges would be less likely to be targeted by Darren Mack types, if judicial commissions were redesigned for transparency. However, when government officials continued to resist her efforts to change, Bonnie realized judicial transparency was key to good attorneys feeling comfortable enough to challenge a bad judge, and thus (USAjudges.com) was born. Invited to speak to the American College of Trial attorneys, Russell adds the results have been positive. Some judges are retiring, some are losing elections as attorneys as well as the public continue to supply cogent verifiable, information, which media finds useful. Russell is not interested in talking about “bad judges” to people who already know. Bonnie's goal tonight is to brainstorm with people who are interested in motivating their disinterested neighbors and employers.
