WRSP Radio presents the 29th episode of the second year of Weekend Sports Huddle with co-hosts Tom Pollin, Hunter Hodies and producer Dave Holcomb.

It's Week 17 in the NFL. That means that along with the 2017 year, the 2017 regular season will be coming to an end on Sunday. But before it does, Weekend Sports Huddle will take a look at a last-minute playoff picture. Seven of the eight divisions are wrapped up, but there are still three wild card spots up for grabs and plenty of seeding implications on the line this Sunday.

But as become the norm in the NFL this month, the biggest noise in the league this week once again came from the Pittsburgh-New England rivalry. After his release last week, long-time Steelers linebacker James Harrison signed with the Patriots, setting off a firestorm of opinions both from the media and fans alike on what happened to lead to this ugly divorce.

And what timing it could be. Have the Patriots found their missing piece defensively? Our hosts will weigh-in on Harrison joining New England.

However, that's hardly the only hot-button topic in the Steel City. The Penguins continue to struggle, and the front office is searching for answers. Are the Penguins' problems fixable? Our hosts will also discuss the Chicago Blackhawks, who are also currently out of playoff positioning.

And as always, this episode will include Nostrathomas Predicts and a special "Black Monday" themed Real Deal or Overreation segment. It's all coming up on Weekend Sports Huddle.
