WRLP On The Move - Wizdom Wednesdays

The mission for WRLP is a catalyst for individual, family and community change. Our agency, along with our partners in the community, assist many people each year to transform their lives by working with citizens who live on limited incomes. Our goal is to train and re-employ the chronically unemployed and to offer "handup not a hand out". We work to put our citizens to work through job training and job placement services.

Today's show is dedicated to poetry. We invite the Wizzie Family to join our hosts, Sheila P and Dezzy D in the Poetry Lounge.  The Wizzies Poetry Lounge where you will hear original poetry by our own Dezzy D., Maya Angelou, The Legendary Langston Hughes, Representative Hank Johnson and a few other selections. Centered on current events, we'll discuss the seen and unseen events of the world, the Empowerment of words and how they affect us today!
