The American Slave Codes and how they affect our Black society today. The American Slave Code It's Origin and Subjects

The question has always been who were the first African People to be Sold into Slavery here in America. We know that the Indigenous people were sanctioned by Spain's , Britain's, and France's, by law slaves due to conquest by these European nations. But which country in Africa was the first to have its citizens kidnapped and sold? How was Slavery established as an institution and can it be done again?

"On turning our attention to the first settlements of the British Colonies in America, we find that the introduction of negro slaves into one of the most important, was accidental. In the year 1616 by Judge Marshall, in his LIFE OF WASHINGTON, a Dutch ship from the coast of GUINEA sold a part of her cargo of negroes to the planters on James River. This is the first origin of slavery of the BLACKS in the British American provinces.

About twenty years after, slaves were introduced into New England, and it is believed that Indians were at the same time, or before, held in bondage.
