Meta Washington-An-Air personality- Kirk Franklin’s Praise channel at Sirius XM

Meta Washington is a Stellar Award nominated on-air personality for the Kirk Franklin’s Praise channel at Sirius XM Satellite Radio in New York City, a position she has held for the past 15 years.  As a gospel announcer for the middays and weekends, she stands thoroughly committed to educating her audience about the Bible and engaging them as a community in the body of Christ by creating two of the channel’s long-standing features “Tuesday Trivia” and the “Friday Church Roll Call” and now the newly created “Let's Pray Together” segment which helps listeners who are seeking places of worship, relocating or visiting new areas find a church home.
