SCRIPTURE TEXT: (Isaiah 26:3)  Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.  DISCUSSION: The mind can be a formidable foe to those negative thoughts that try to take possession and control how we think and feel, therefore we need to stir up our pure conscience by filtering what we allow ourselves to think and meditate upon.  A peaceful mind, has a body and soul that is at peace and able to function and complete any task or duties set before them.  We need to learn how to stay in control over your mind and thoughts so that you can have good success in every endeavor, both spiritually and naturally in this life.
