Today’s Topic: Chapter 8 Anoint Me, I’m Single

SCRIPTURE TEXT: (1Cor 7:32)  But I would have you without carefulness. He that is unmarried careth for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord: (7:33)  But he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife. (7:34)  There is difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit: but she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband.

DISCUSSION: Today’s Topic: Book of the Month Chapter 8-Anoint Me, I’m Single.   Contrary to popular beliefs and theory, do you know that there are benefits to being single? Because society and various cultures expect  women to marry and have children, women are often unprepared for the duties and responsibilities of being a wife and mother, when they have yet to experience the pleasures and freedom of being SINGLE.  Bishop Jakes stated “When you become faithful in your singleness, then you will be better prepared to be faithful with a husband.”  Today’s program will discuss the advantages of being a single woman with no regrets!
