Today's topic:  The Abuser Within

It is fair to say that we all have experienced some kind of abuse, directly or indirectly. From sexual to verbal to physical to emotional abuse, no one is immune from the stories of victimhood. But we each have a choice. Some of us choose to continue abusing ourselves with our thoughts and self talk. Others might make another choice. The choice to release the "Abuser Within" so we can finally be "used" to demonstrate  our power to  create a new reality.
